Additional System Training

The Client Support Team is here to help you with your access and use of the Handsam system. Should you need additional training we can arrange this for you.

There are several routes we can take with training depending on the level of help required and the amount of staff that need training.

Remote Session:

This is training on a one to one basis, online. You allow us access to your computer, so we can see what you see, and we talk you through the training on the phone. This training can be very useful for a User that is struggling with a particular module or a new member of staff that isn’t familiar with the system. You are not restricted to the amount of sessions you have and they are free.

On-Site Training:

With On-Site training, our trainer will visit your school and conduct the training required in person. You can have as many staff attend as you require. This type of training is recommended if there are several new staff to train or several modules to cover. The training is booked for half a day at your convenience. It is chargeable at £300+VAT+travel expenses.

Email & Telephone:

We can generally address a lot of your problems either over the phone or via email. We are happy to talk you through straight forward problems and assist by sending User Guides. Should this not be sufficient you have the options listed below.

E-Training

Handsam's specialist health & safety, compliance and support E-Training package provides unlimited access to over 25 online training videos and resources to help you deliver your training obligations for every aspect of health and safety. One fixed price provides all your staff with 24/7 access to the training modules, accommodating busy school schedules without the need for supply teachers or using precious inset day time.

The Handsam E-Training Centre is very easy to use - so much so that we even do much of the set-up work for you. You’ll be up and running in no time.

Completed training is recorded on the Handsam system and the next refresher training is automatically set so your training manager only has to monitor staff progress rather than get caught up in endless admin.
